Comfort Suites Las Cruces I - 25 North

I stay at this hotel every time I am in Las Cruces. It has always been a very clean and well-kept property. I generally go out to eat when in town, but this past visit decided to check out the breakfast offerings. I was surprised and blown away by the selection. I've stayed at many choice hotels and am a Globalist with Hyatt. This breakfast ranked up at the top. I'm considering a trip back just for the breakfast!! The staff was also very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Love this location. We stayed both on the way out to California and on the way back. Parking lot is very well lit. Hotel is in a great area close to gas and restaurants and fast food options. Pet friendly ($20/night fee), we stayed with our fur baby, and the well lit parking lot helped with late night/early morning potty breaks. Free breakfast had usual options - eggs, sausage, make your own bear waffle, pastries, juices. Well worth the price of the overnight stay.

Not sure what event is going on locally, but there were no non-reserved rooms available. In fact, we waited while the very helpful receptionist, Max, loaned a prospective guest ahead of us his own phone so she could find another place to stay. His excellent service continued when it was our turn, even to absenting himself briefly to run up and ensure that our room was guest-ready. It was a delight to see the level of customer service and caring Max displayed. The room was clean and nice with a sitting area in addition to the beds and a desk, though it seems it has been somewhat hard-used as the TV was askew on the wall, and one lamp wobbled alarmingly when I turned it on.

Yes, the room was cozy and clean but the front desk, specifically Max, were terrible!!!! Rooms to be cleaned after 3 days so on the 4th day we came in and nothing done..needed toilet paper, clean sheets, garbage emptied, etc. When checking at front desk upon our return for the day, he said check with housekeeping, not up to him and gave us a bunch of sheets. Went up to housekeeping and she said we weren't on her list so we had to return with her to the front desk. Finally she got the ok to clean our room. Went to the hot tub/pool and no towels so back to the front desk. Said we needed towels and he said they're in the pool area. No, finally he brought us some towels. Also, although we had been there 3 days and paid cash for 3 days, credit card on file, when we went to pay for and add 1 extra day, he said we had to leave a deposit because we were paying cash. This, even though we had paid a lot for 3 days and cc on file. Finally got that cleared up. No manager on duty, when asked for his name, he gave it and came back with "what's your name??" When I mentioned a bad review he basically said go ahead, it's not me." Very rude. Kitchen staff and housekeeping were very nice but I will never, ever, stay at a Comfort Suites again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was more but too much to write in this review.

Excellent stay. I was extremely happy with my recent stay at this location. The front desk was 24 hours and staff was super friendly and accommodating. The parking lot was well lit, my room was very clean, and the bedding was exceptional! Literally, five star hotel mattress in bedding! The room was very large with a sofa great size TV and a super clean bathroom. The gym was small, but had absolutely everything to work out, surprised at all the equipment it included with hand, weights, and machines. I would absolutely stay there again.

I had to move hotels due to health hazards at the previous hotel and when I arrived The clerk here was amazing and made it easy for me to check in and get a room the same night. Courteous, friendly and professional. The entire experience was amazing!! When traveling to Las Cruces I will definitely be staying here. Your staff is awesome and accommodating!
